Information Used:

The application uses only existing data available with government systems, including land and crop information maintained by the Office of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA) and the Department of Agriculture, Government of Telangana.

The following personal and identification details are prepopulated to the user, as applicable, from the existing official records:

• Name of Farmer / Dealer / Tenant
• Aadhaar Number (used solely for identification and eligibility verification)
• Mobile Number (for OTP-based authentication and official notifications)
• PPB / ROFR Number (Pattadar Passbook / Record of Forest Rights)
• IFMS ID (for registered fertilizer dealers)
• Contact details (where available in official records)

This information is used only for user authentication, fertilizer eligibility verification, booking, stock management, and delivery of fertilizer-related services.

Agricultural & Transaction Data Use:

The Fertilizer (ఎరువులు) Application processes agriculture-related and transaction data, including

• Cultivation details such as crop type and cultivated land extent (Acres/Guntas)
• Fertilizer booking information
• Number of fertilizer bags eligible, booked, and purchased
• Dealer stock availability, stock receipts, and confirmations
• Sales, booking, cancellation, and purchase history
• Season.

This data is used exclusively for official purposes, including fertilizer eligibility calculation, booking and purchase management, stock monitoring, and reporting.

Usage Data

• OTP verification status
